This is a strange choice I know but I really loved the composition. The elephant is a wooden statue in a friend's garden and made quite an impact on me so I thought I'd take a picture of it and paint it! Well...my son liked it saying it's cos he likes semi-abstract, representational art. I like the contrasts of dark and light and the way the leaves crawl over the image.
