This is second piece using the technique I developed using a mixture of materials to create a textured background on canvas. I use a minimum choice of colours which I apply to the board to express what I wanted to convey by the piece. The resulting effects are, therefore, not planned or manipulated so each piece is created organically and is unique. With this piece I wanted to convey the lushness and verdancy of green areas of land. The yellows and blues also link the piece to nature.
