Ink and white acrylic paint on cream card
29 x 49 cms
Framed and mounted in a gold-look frame
This is one of my favourite and most successful abstract piece and the first in a series. It is called 'Imagine' because by peering deeply into this painting, the viewer is compelled to imagine what it represents. It was created by dropping ink onto wet card and using a straw, blowing the strands of ink, allowing them to go whichever way they wanted. Pools of ink was created by tilting the card so that the ink converged together. I repeated the process using somwhite acrylic paint.
